Spaghetti is Gay Luigi's signature move. The origin of this comes from the line "I hope she made lots of Spaghetti!", said by Luigi in Hotel Mario. It can be used to increase stats and can be combined with Mario's Meatballs for a greater boost in offense and defense. It also grants an auto revive when combined.
In CD-i Fight Episode 1[]
The first appearance of the skill Spaghetti is used in one of Achille's first CD-i videos, in which Spaghetti increases attack power.
In the Evil King[]
In the Evil King, Spaghetti is combined with Mario's Meatballs for a x100 attack, x20 defense and an auto revive, proving it's usefulness.
